We chose Ideal Air to install central air in our 90 year old, 4900 square foot home. The registers and ducts integrate seamlessly into every room, the systems are well balanced, and the pricing was honest. The installation was 100% mess free – at no time did we feel like we were living in a work zone. The work is elegant. The unit is operating as you promised and the install was fast, efficient and clean. Since this is the second air conditioning installation you’ve done for us I expected nothing less. Lou and his team (Carl and Dave) did a great job for us. We reviewed 4 different Hvac companies and Lou came in with the most straightforward solution and the best pricing by far. His quote was exactly as he said it would be and the job was done without any issues or extra costs. Carl and Dave worked quietly and efficiently and i sometimes forgot they were here. We needed a new insert for our furnace, all new duct work and a new air conditioner in our attic and everything looks perfect. The attic is clean and all of the ductwork is tied up and out of the way. Great job and we are very pleased.

I would like to commend Ideal Air for outstanding work. I called two other AC companies in Morris County but they said they were too busy to come out and it would have to be the next day. I couldn’t wait for the next day because I have two small children and we needed cool air. I called Ideal Air in morris County and they came out within one hour and lou Damore looked at my old system and said Sorry to say this unit needs to be replaced in order for you to get the result you are looking for.ˇ My husband and I agreed it was time to buy another unit. The same day, lou Damore had ordered our AC unit and had two technicians at my house by 5:30 pm and they worked until 8:45.lou Damore and the guys were very knowledgeable. After the work was completed, Lou called our house to make sure the air conditioning was working properly. I would like to say how many companies call to check on you. I won’t hesitate to call again in the future, and I highly recommend this company to my friends.

I called ‘Ideal Air ‘ at 11:30AM today as my AC system was leaking water.. I was given an ETA of someone being available between 12PM – 2PM which immediately impressed me. Your AC tech contacted me by 12:30 and was on site at my home before 1PM. The service ended up costing me nothing because it was simply something that I could fix. Your AC tech was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I should also add that whomever answers the phone and schedules the service calls did so very professionally and provides your company an excellent first impression. From past experience I’ve not been very impressed with other companies that I have worked with regarding my AC service. The phone service is generally not very good and the service techs often seem green and not particularly good at interfacing with customers. Overall, my experience with your company was outstanding and in the event of any future AC service and sales needs I will definitely be contacting ‘Ideal Air ‘ in Morris County Nj first.
