Efficiency and Safety Checklist Includes:
- Clean/replace filter w/premium pleated filters
- Algae treatment in drain pan
- Spray and clean indoor and outdoor coils
- Calibrate and level thermostat
- Oil/lubricate motors
- Inspect caps and valve stems
- Inspect airflow/ducts/grilles
- Measure superheat and sub-cooling
- Purge/treat condensate line
- Measure temperature differential
- Record refrigerant pressures
- Measure and record amperage rates and voltage
- Tighten wire connections/Inspect for safety
- Treat for bees, wasps, and ants
- Inspect blower assembly and plenum chambers
- Test system in heat
- Adjust blower components, belts, pulleys
- Test time delay, disconnect switches
- Test start assist relay
